The B&CMA is a 109 year old international trade organization representing the entire spectrum of companies involved in the manufacturing of biscuits and crackers and the suppliers to the baking industry. Our mission is to bring unparalleled educational training programs and networking opportunities to members of the B&CMA.
Board of Directors The Board is responsible for establishing policy and direction of the Association.
Committees & Advisory Teams
Allied Advisory Committee- Provides input to the Association concerning issues of mutual interest among the member categories and collaborates with the Convention Planning and Education Committees.
Convention Planning Committee - Develops the program and schedule for the Annual Convention.
Education Committee- Develops and organizes the Annual Technical Conference and oversees the ELT Program, The Cookie & Cracker Manufacturing Course and the Webinars. The Education committee assesses the training needs of the industry and makes program recommendations to the Board of Directors.
Financial Planning Committee - Develops and reviews the operating budget for the Association. Program Development Subcommittee - Focuses on educational strategic planning and new program development under the direction of the Education Committee.
Sustainability Working Group - Seeks to educate the Cookie & Cracker Industry on the continual process of improving sustainability and reducing environmental impact.
