The Board of Directors has established a number of committees to deal with particular subjects of concern to the industry. Committees provide input to the Board to assist in policy determination. Committee membership consists of representatives from member companies thus ensuring that the views of individual B&CMA members are recognized and used to their best advantage. The B&CMA is also represented on committees independent of the Association which considers matters of interest to the biscuit and cracker industry.
