The primary mission of the Association is to provide education and training to the cookie and cracker industry.  Each of the programs addresses specific knowledge levels found within the membership.  The Entry Level Training Program provides overview and fundamentals for a beginner baker.  The Cookie & Cracker Manufacturing Course provides in-depth information on the entire production process flow and is designed for a more experienced baker wanting to move onto the next level in his or her career path.  The Technical Conference and Webinars provide new information on hot topics and continual training on the core subjects bakers must remain up-to-date on in order to thrive in the baking profession.  The Annual Convention allows executives in the industry an opportunity to stay current on the broad, strategic issues affecting the industry.
