The Entry Level Training (ELT) Program is a web-based program that teaches the basic fundamentals in four lessons – Ingredients, Mixing, Forming and Baking.  The program may be taken in English or Spanish and includes several hours of lesson content, exercises, and multiple-choices tests.  Intended for facility-wide training, the program is recommended for new hires, transfers to a new department or those needing a general refresher.  For easy internal monitoring the program includes an administrator tool for the individual responsible for managing the program at each plant.  The tool includes a report that tracks student progress through each lesson and an easy system for generating quarterly invoices.
