The Biscuit and Cracker Manufacturers’ Association (B&CMA) is pleased to announce that the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has released the first energy performance scoring system for Cookie & Cracker Bakeries.  This system enables eligble facilities to earn the ENERGY STAR© label.
