The B&CMA provides training and networking services to the cookie and cracker industry. Programs include:
The Cookie and Cracker Manufacturing Course (CCMC): The Course is a two year Correspondence Course intended for production supervisors and higher. The Course trains on the entire production process from ingredients through packaging and includes other relevant bakery issues like safety and sanitation, and environmental issues.
Course Information
The Entry Level Training Program (ELTP): The ELTP is an online program that teaches basic information on ingredients, mixing, forming and baking. The ELTP can be taken in English or Spanish and is intended for new hires, individuals transferred to a new department and those with little knowledge of the production process.

Annual Technical Conference: The Conference is the largest educational event for the cookie and cracker industry and focuses on production, technical and managerial issues. General sessions, breakout sessions, expert panels as well as a table top exhibit are featured at the Conference.
